Students seeking admission have to fill an online form available in Hemchand Yadav University's website.After that college prepares merit list according to seats allotted to each category as par Govt. policy and publishes the list on its notice board.
Listed students have to bring their original mark sheets and certificates for verification and after verifying each document , the admission committee approves their admission.

4. Copy of 10th Board Exam Mark sheet
5. Copy of 12th Board Exam Mark sheet
6. Domicile Certificate

9. Copy of bank passbook
10. Copy of Income Certificate
