Inorganic Chemistry

With the help of paper -I students can explain Bohr's theory , wave and particle behavior of matter and explain atomicity , Periodicity as well as chemical bonding. Students will be able to describe properties of S,P and nobel gas.
 

Paper - II

Organic Chemistry

  1. Explain basics of organic chemistry, Stereochemistry, conformation analysis of alkanes
  2. Describe chemistry of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons

 

  Paper - III
  1. Explain Mathematical concepts for chemist, gaseous as well as liquid state chemistry
  2. Study about surface chemistry, solid state chemistry as well as chemical kinetics and catalysis.

 

  Lab Course
  1. Study about acid- base, redox, iodimetric titration
  2. Qualitative analysis of organic compounds
  3. Surface tension, viscosity, kinetics measurements
B. Sc. Second year Paper-l
  1. With the help of paper 1 we can explain chemistry of transition complex, oxidation and reduction, co-ordination chemistry.
  2. Chemistry  of Lanthenide and actinides, and acid-base, Non-aqueous solvents.

  1. Study about chemistry of organic halid, alcohol, phenol and aldehyde and ketones ande carboxylic acid.
  2. Study about organic compounds of Hetero compounds.
  Paper-lll Explain about thermodynamics, chemical equilibrium, ionic equilibrium, phase equilibrium and photo chemistry.
  Lab course   Volumetric analysis, qualitative analysis of unknown organic compound scontaining  functional group
B. Sc. Third year Paper l
  1. Study about metal ligand bonding, magnetic properties of transition metal complexes.
  2. Explain about organometallic chemistry and bio-inorganic and hard soft acidbase chemistry.

  1. Study about organometallic compounds organo-sulphur, biomolecules synthetic polymers and dye.
  2. Study about spectroscopy IR NMR
  Paper lll Explain About quantum mechanics and physicalspectroscopy and thermodynamics
